Greer Burns & Crain (“GBC”) was recognized by Managing Intellectual Property as taking “three golds” in trademark litigation. GBC filed the most trademark cases for plaintiffs in the district courts in 2020, having represented clients in 241 matters. GBC attorneys Justin Gaudio, Amy Ziegler, Allyson Martin, Jake Christensen and RiKaleigh Johnson also took the top 5 slots in the list of the top 30 trademark attorneys in 2020. Several other GBC attorneys, Isaku Begert, Abby Neu, Martin Trainor, and Thomas Juettner, also made the list.
