GBC attorney Steve Fallon argued to uphold a successful jury verdict on behalf of respondent Homax in the Washington Court of Appeals. The unanimous jury verdict and related rulings were obtained by Steve on behalf of Homax in Case no. 07-2-00040-9 in the Whatcom County Superior Court. At trial, Steve also obtained an agreed dismissal of other defendants named in an individual capacity. Prior to trial, Steve obtained partial dismissal of the case on the pleadings and a partial summary judgment ruling. The appeal is NW Product, et al., v. Homax Products Inc., et al., Case No. 67278-9.
