The Judicial Panel event was originally founded by Ms. Ziegler and is one of IPLAC’s most successful events.  Nearly 90 members of the Chicago intellectual property legal community were in attendance.

Topics were selected by Ms. Ziegler and included overall trends in patent litigation, changes under the America Invents Act, proposed amendments to the Local Patent Rules in the Northern District of Illinois, successful use of technology in the Courtroom, and the Patent Pilot Program.
