World Trademark Review recently released its review of U.S. trademark litigation activity. Greer, Burns & Crain was again recognized as most active trademark litigation firm with over 270 cases filed in 2021 (without counting dozens of design patent cases filed by GBC). In these lawsuits GBC enforced against over 39,500 e-commerce stores trafficking in infringing products.
