Madeline Halgren is an attorney at Greer, Burns, & Crain Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of GBC’s Anti-counterfeiting practice group focusing on trademark and copyright enforcement.

Before joining Greer, Burns, & Crain, Ms. Halgren graduated with her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a Certificate in International Law & Practice. While at Loyola, she was a member of the Willem C. Vis Moot International Arbitration Team. Further, Ms. Halgren was a legal intern with the Center for Art Law in New York City where she assisted the Center in creating Intellectual Property education resources for artists. She also worked as a Judicial Extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County with Judge Anna Loftus.

Prior to law school, Ms. Halgren earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
