Jennifer Younan is an attorney at Greer, Burns & Crain in Chicago, where her practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law with a focus on anti-counterfeiting litigation and patent prosecution.

Ms. Younan received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, and received CALI Excellence Awards in Copyright Law, Litigation Strategy: Pre-Trial Civil, and Advanced Legal Research.

During law school, Ms. Younan served on the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law Review as the Authorities Editor and competed in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Moot Court Competition. She also worked as a law clerk at Greer, Burns & Crain while in law school.

Ms. Younan received her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
